We are a guided tour operator within the Cliffs of Fundy Geopark along the Bay of Fundy region in Nova Scotia. The Bay of Fundy is known for being the home of Mi'kmaq people and early settlers, the highest recorded tides in the world and lush vineyards.
But did you know there are 300ft cliffs along this coastline just waiting to be hiked? Does repelling down slot canyons come to mind? What about waterfalls dotting lush woodlands? Fat biking on the ocean floor while passing by sea stacks and sandstone arches carved by the tides?
Game over, you guessed it. We thrive on exploration adventures and can’t wait to share our favourite special places with you.
We operate all year round because when you're along this coast, you can't just stay inside. Coastal hiking, biking, repelling, snow shoeing and cross country skiing, you name it.
We book small group tours that are custom to your interest and fitness levels. If a 5km bike ride sounds like your style we know just the route, you're going to love it. Oh wait, you mean 50km. Sounds good, no problem, buckle up.

WHO ARE WE?
Laurie and Cindy have spent their whole lives living on the Bay of Fundy, enjoying the trails and beaches. More recently, Laurie took up fat biking and trail running as a way to stay active and explore all the exciting trails the area has to offer. After spending many years enjoying these trails himself he decided to pursue his dream of starting Local Guy Adventures. This business has allowed him to share his own local guy experience and adventures with people from all over the world. Laurie and Cindy look forward to welcoming you for your next adventure!
