Depart from Spencers Island and take a trip across the Bay of Fundy to the small fishing village of Halls Harbour. Get out and explore the wharf and if you want, stop into the Halls Harbour Lobster Pound and Restaurant for a bite to eat, or to pick up fresh lobster to cook later! Next stop is Cape Split.

Approaching Cape Split, a Bay of Fundy landmark, feel the rush of the tides as you take in the incredible views of this iconic hiking destination from the water. The sheer cliffs of Cape Split are untouched, 300 feet high, and preserve lava flows that erupted over 200 million years ago. The tour will stop at perfect locations for photo opportunities including at the base of Cape Split where you may get to say “hi” to hikers above. The views paired with seabirds flying overhead will have you convinced that you stepped back in time. If the tides algin, you’ll see the forming of tidal rifts near the split. On route back, have a full tour of Spencers Island from the water, a significant geosite within the Cliffs of Fundy UNESCO Global Geopark. This is a day on the water you will never forget!

Package includes:

  • 3 hour boat tour to three Bay of Fundy locations: hear stories working as a lobster fisherman in the Bay of Fundy and learn about geological significant locations. • Use of a cold-water survival suit while on the boat *required
